Where did all this money come from?
On May 8, 2019, the SJC confirmed in Sullivan et. al. v. Sleepy’s LLC et. al., that 100% commission-based employment does not comply with the Massachusetts Wage Act when employee works overtime hours or on Sundays. This means that, based on your overall overtime, Sunday and holiday hours, you could be eligible for over $40,000 per year, for each year you worked for a commission-based employer.
